World Teams's Ministry in Abra
In 2006 for the first time, the Association of Ifugao Bible Churches has designated two graduates of the AIBTC as its first missionaries to Abra Province. A World Team church plant from 1997-99, the Makati Grace Ministries, is supporting 2 missionary families from Ifugao monthly. Why Abra Province? Several missions have withdrawn their expatriate personnel from Abra Province because of increased Communist activity. This province is perhaps best reached by Filipinos.
